1) You can go to one of the participating restaurants between January 18th and January 31st to sample 6 wines from around the world, in "taste" or "full glass" portions.

2) Leave a tasting note and rating on each of the 6 wines you taste on the 80 Sips Challenge wine list at www.bottlenotes.com/80sipschallenge or via Bottlenotes' brand new iPhone App, Bottlenotes Mobile! You must taste at least one wine from each featured winery and region.

3) Everyone who registers to participate in the Challenge AND who completes the Challenge by leaving a tasting note on each of the 4 featured wineries and 2 featured regions will receive a $25 gift certificate* AND will be entered for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to each of the participating restaurants ($400 total!).**
