This is a well-made budget Chardonnay, that delivers crisp fruit, a fresh, clean palate impression, and a bit of a mineral flavor in the finish. This pleasant, off-dry Riesling, in its blue bottle (with a cork to match), has been a runaway success for Bridgeview. It’s something of a marketing triumph, as the wine is indistinguishable (in price and flavor) from dozens upon dozens of competitors.
