Drank it last night- 3/15/08. This puppy is ready to go! It's drinking very smooth now, I wouldn't hold onto it much longer. It was sure yummy, went well with Grappolo's involino- eggplant rolled with capellini, tomato sauce and mozzarella. 2 Notes

Fabla Reserva Blend (Red) -2003

Most Recent Tasting Note:

Profile Image

Such a good blend of Tempranillo (60%), Grenache (30%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (10%). I actually tried the regular version ($10) and I was so encouraged by the simple, but alluring red fruit, that I decided to go with the Reserva ($13). I was not disappointed. Very nice red fruit, smooth, balanced, not complex, but a definite improvement over the basic version. It's definitely a wine for grilled meat. Aragon is a hidden gem. 1 Note
