Quantity:
A fantastic blend of Shiraz & Grenache, this opulent wine is all purity. I don't know if its due to it being biodynamic organic, but the cleanliness of this wine reminds me of glaciers. It's also very well balanced, fruit driven with earthy notes, and well integrated tannins. It's a joy to drink and goes very well with New Zealand lamb chops [they are delicate and tender], goat cheeses and a myriad of other things. 1 Note

The Chook Sparkling Shiraz (Yes, Sparkling Shiraz) was quite a surprise to me. When the waiter at Capital Grille started us off with this “aperitif,” I was suspicious. I was happy to learn after the first sip that it was quite satisfying after all. You may laugh, but I kind of thought of it as a red wine soda. Anyway, it was a rich, flavorful, and fruity concoction of red fruit jam such as raspberry and strawberry. It would go well with a nice fruit tart, or other fruity type desserts, or try it solo as an after dinner relaxer. Recommended; $15

This wine’s complexity and structure is impressive with loads of ripe plum, wild flowers, and cherry in the nose, and flavors of plum with mixed dark berries and a sweet cherry finish that never stops. The jammy and textured feel coupled with its fruit flavors lingered for more time than I wished wait for the next sip. 90 points by Wine Spectator; I highly recommend this wine, and the only thing more amazing than its complexity is its ridiculously low bang for the buck price of $10!
