It blows my mind that they are able to consistently make such a large quantity of such an excellent wine year after year. The 2007 Chardonnay is mouthwateringly good with delicate flavors of vanilla, butterscotch balanced by green apple, pear and a medium acidity that makes it crisp and refreshing. 1 Note
