With its reputation for sweet wines, and its big range of reds, it’s not surprising that Feiler-Artinger should come up with this wine. It is a curiosity, vaguely like a young tawny Port in its flavors, the tannins of the grapes clashing with the sweetness of the botrytis fruit. The acidity, though, helps, along with the apricot and plum compote flavors. 1 Note

This is a lovely pale pink rosé with aromas of strawberries and rose petals. Despite being labeled at a modest 12% alcohol, there's plenty of weight, and the flavors are bold: strawberries balanced by citrus and a touch of mineral. Finishes dry, with a rich texture. Delicious on its own, but should be versatile at the table as well. 1 Note

Very pure varietal flavors, with firm tannins under a burst of vivid raspberries and red currant fruits. The freshness is all there still. Drink now for its fruit, or hold for 2 years for complexity. 1 Note
