Rich and ripe aromas, soft fruit, lots of red fruits and minerals, touch of smoke; sweet and ripe fruit, soft textures for a wine this young; well-defined though and has nice spiciness and rich textures; good solid finish, perhaps not the most elegant of wines, but not a reject either. Nose of black pepper and sweet black fruits, black olives, bacon fat, very aromatic, loaded with ripe fruit aromas; good flavors of red fruit in the front of the mouth, spicy; at this young age still loaded with muscular tannins, but also shows deep layers of acidity and fruit that will come into better harmony in the next few years. Wonderful nose with lemon-scented red fruits, black spices, pepper, smoked meat, touch of metallic scents, powerful aromas; sweet fruit at the front of the mouth, but this quickly changes to layers of licorice, black pepper, and big gripping tannins; this is still a very young wine and has not knit, but certainly has all of the elements; good acidity evident now, and a long spicy finish that is still a bit coarse and hot, but it should come together in the next five to seven years. Deep intense nose, at first loaded with aromas of blackberry jam, extract of cassis, and then assuming broader characteristics of oriental spices, caramel, roasted coffee beans, earth aromas, a velvety nose but at the same time with an intense grip on the olfactory senses; rich and sweet in the mouth, but also wild; deep fruit with powerful smoke and smoked meat flavors; touch of leather, big bold tannins and balanced acidity; long spicy finish, a superb wine, although still in its infancy. Sweet and perfumed nose, tobacco, earth, spices, pepper, and loads of ripe fruit; very sweet in the mouth, but with a lighter style than most of these wines; big and chunky at this time, and still obviously evolving; a bit overripe even for this style of wine; lacks finesse, but may develop more interesting nuances over time. Sweet honeyed nose, lots of sugar and sweetness in the aromas, touch of salt spray, some herbs, quite floral and almost over the top with the scent of magnolias; sweet and very round in the mouth, there is good core acidity in this wine, and a good focus, but the edges are not sharply defined, a fuzzy kind of wine with lots of fruit and sweetness with spices, but lacks a real statement; good, not great. Sweet, honeyed fruit, very perfumed and powerful aromas that bring forth a nose of minerals mixed with hyacinths and magnolias; sweet and unctuous on the first taste, but quickly moving to show more complexity with minerals and earth flavors blending into the body of the wine; quite a bit of saltiness in this wine, always unusual but quite characteristic; huge finish, long, intense and attention-grabbing.
