A bit strange smelling for Rioja in that the nose deals a mix of candied berry aromas along with stemmy, herbal, compost notes. The palate is thick and chewy, while the flavor profile includes lightly baked, creamy berry and roasted accents. Stocky and fruity but with issues. 1 Note
