Had a glass of the Ingwe with some sauteed spinach and a bit of the famous Fred's Steak from Schuba's last night. (Absolutely great rub- super salty, which I loved.) But the smoky character of this South African wine was the perfect complement to the pairing. Yum yum. 3 Notes
