Acidic. Smooth. A little citrusy. Not floral or too sweet. Light but not mellow. Paired with fish but could hold up well with a chicken and other poultry or a lighter red meat.

VERY light in color. Flavor, light as well, is of lemon/lemon rind. Would be very nice on a hot day.

Light, straw color, totally translucent. Slightly effervescent; akin to an Albarino but even lighter/crisper varietal. Sublte banana notes are shining through for me.

Light yellow in color and light bodied. Super acidic (a little more than my personal liking) with floral notes. Would be great with some seafood paella or linguini vongole.
