The color was a deep, dark purple. Aromas of wild flowers and chocolate dominated the nose. Flavors of wild blueberry, licorice and chocolate dominated the palate and the tannins were chewy and smooth. For a young table wine, I was surprised at the complexity. We didn’t pair it with anything, but it was very good by itself. As a chocoholic, I was drawn into frequent sips just to taste its chocolaty flavors again and again. Looking for something tasty for under $10? Great bargain!
