This full bodied but not over the top Chard was a delight. Not too much of anything and just enough of everything this wine paired nicely with goat cheese and smoked salmon spread. I am over high end Chards that go through full malolactic fermentation and it was great to have a high quality chard that does not taste like popcorn.

it's not a bad wine at all, but NEED more aging! maybe another 3+ years will bring out the flavors much more.
