Bright acidity, effervescent, and slightly reminiscent of diet Sprite. Light, barely lush, and super approachable.

Tons of acidity and a touch of effervescence which comes from the air exposure during the bottling. Reminds me of a vinho verde from nearby Portugal. Refreshing. Not going to lie, it's hard to determine what the winery name ends and the varietals start.

Fresh and clean. Lots of green apple, racy acidity and zippiness. LOVE LOVE LOVE this bottle. Perfect on its own or with salty nibbles.
