The 2010 growing season was long and unseasonably cool, resulting in an unusually late harvest. Once the fruit finally ripened in mid-September, we were pleased to discover it was worth the wait. Slightly higher in acid content due to the long, gradual ripening, our 2010 whites have turned out delightfully crisp and well structured. 100% Chardonnay. -PEJU Winemaker Sara Fowler

This Chardonnay expertly marries bright citrus fruit with toasty and floral notes. Hints of vanilla bean and honeysuckle dance gracefully on the tongue calling you back with each sip for more.

Such a phenomenal Napa Cab. Cathy Corison really is "the best" when it comes to feminine Napa Cabs from the Valley floor. Her 2000 vintage is showing beautifully right now. No one better than Joyce & Bob to taste you through the line-up at the winery!

Let me start off by saying two things: 1. This is a damn good Merlot… no really; 2. I didn’t know Beringer could make such a great Merlot! When I think of Beringer, I think of terribly cheap and terribly bad Cab Sauv, or White Zin; but then I’ve been doing some digging and Beringer has earned some accolades from both consumer and expert on their high end Chards and Cab Sauvs. This Merlot is no exception. Big fruit, velvet tannins, bright acidity, and a long, lingering finish. Depending on where you buy this, it will set you back from $50 to $80, so shop intelligently. Highly recommended.

Nearly 10 years old, this wine is still full and smooth. It is also showing enough structure that leads me to believe it could have another decade in it. Ripe flavors of plum and blackberries mix with hints of cassis, licorice and cocoa powder.

A smooth, delicate Napa Cab that is now approaching 10 years of age and drinking very nicely. Eucalyptus aromas dominate the nose and are accompanied by forest floor. On the palate, flavors of dark berries.

Uncorked a classic Napa red from the cellar to celebrate independence. Decanted two hours. Fruity with mellowed tannins, hints of earth and eucalyptus.

Very drinkable for a new release napa cabernet. Chocolate and dark berries complement the rich tannins.

Drinking very nicely now, with sweet ripe fruits and mellow tannins. About as good as a Napa cab gets, for me.

I was blown away by this blend when I tried it at Duckhorn. It was the last wine we tried, and it was incredible. Rich, flavorful and its definitely something I look forward to uncorking in the future :D

I tried this wine at Chateau Montelena during a weekend tasting and it was one of the better wines they had. I wasn't entirely impressed with their wine, but this Cab Sauv definitely stood out. I believe the Merlot was also very good, but I wasn't in the mood to buy two of their wines that day :/

When I extracted the cork from the bottle of 2004 Cht. Potelle, the fruitful aroma and bouquet literally filled the room...and every sip filled my senses. Cht. Potelle is an elegant and memorable cabernet.
