Light yellow in color with apple cinnamon on the nose. I get apple jolly rancher. A little too much sweetness for my personal taste and not enough acidity to balance it out.

Love this Sauternes from Kellogg classmate Aline Balys estate. Truly makes me think "nectar of the gods." Tastes like pure liquid honey and makes my mouth water for some seared foie gras.

I absolutely love the Seven Sisters Bukettraube. I love whites with residual sugar; this has it. A slightly effervescent, light golden yellow color, it is sweet without being syrup. Almost like a hot apple cider in terms of sweetness without the cinnamon. YUM.
