This fits what I look for in Champagne. Rich, creamy, a bit yeasty, but with a crisp finish. Definitely worth the extra bucks over the big-name Frenchies for festive occasions.

Elegant and well constructed. Great balance...not too creamy, acidic, sweet, tangy, or tart. Predominant taste was of apples. Served 3 bottles to 12 people with appetizers of Stone crab claws, shrimp coctail, salmon mousse, and caviar dip. Great accompaniment. As excellent as it was, I think there is better bang for the buck out there.

We like! the bubbles are concentrated and close together. We actually opened this because we were out of white wine and were pleasantly surprised that it wasn't too sweet and was much more drinkable with food than other proseccos or champagnes.
