This is an ambitious new bottling from the Delicato folks, and it largely succeeds in its ambitions. It’s a smooth, lush Cabernet, soft and velvety, with flavors of black currants, cedar and dark chocolate. Shows real class and distinction in its price point.

This Cabernet is good enough to drink with a nice meal, although it’s not quite fancy enough for your special dinners. It’s nicely dry and balanced, with flavors of blackberries, black currants and oak.
