This is a really great price for a Sauv Blanc of this varietal purity. It’s bone dry and crisp, with stimulating flavors of lemongrass, lemons and limes, figs, peaches and melons. Makes you admire how the winery produced 12,000 cases at this quality and price.

Bone dry and ruggedly tannic, this is fine if you’re not fussy about what you drink with your barbecue.
