A deliciously ripe but not overdone Chard, boasting aromas of red apple and canteloupe with accents of almond nuttiness and yellow flowers. The lush and creamy mouth offers balance by way of tangerine oil acidity. An excellent companion for chicken or fish that is sure to please and won't break the bank.

A ripe, rich wine that would be perfect for some grilled game or barbecue fare. Aromas of coffee, cocoa, and kirsch lead in to flavors of raspberry preserves and subtle sous bois. With dusty tannins and moderate weight, this is a solid choice for any Pinot fan.

From the white and sparkling dominant region of Limoux comes this Bordeaux blend of 50% Merlot, 30% Malbec and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. A nicely structured mouth with strong flavors of black plum skins, cassis, tobacco and cedar spice fleshing out the palate. A tasty alternative from a unique appellation.
