An export-only wine, I’m betting that you’ll see plenty of this Stateside. A joint effort between Tim Adams and his brother, Simon Adams, once winemaker at Yalumba and now general manager at Cellarmasters. Creamy in the mouth, with tight plum and blackberry fruit on the palate. Black pepper and fresh herb notes surface on the finish.
