Subertum is a blend of Merlot, Syrah and Petit Verdot that exhibits fine aromas of spice, smoked meat, leather, milk chocolate, coffee grinds, black fruit and plum. Tones of spice and leather are recognizable and the wine delivers chewy tannins and a somewhat rustic feeling.
