This is now a fully mature white wine with a deep and rich nose, big and powerful aromas, lots of sweetness, hints of honey and vanilla mix with rose petal and honeysuckle, minerals, touch of candied lemon peel; sweet and silky in the mouth, with a thick almost viscous texture; complex flavors of lemon peel, honey, figs, and pine; long and quite full finish with emerging acidity and spiciness; smooth and reluctant to give up the palate; great mouth-feel at the end.
