Very nice aromas of pear and pineapple crowd the big, powerful bouquet. The mouth is expressive, with pear, apple, spice and vanilla flavors; it’s a step up from most of the competition. The finish is simultaneously smooth and cooling. Healthy acidity and plenty of extract make for a well-balanced whole. Best Buy. —M.S.
