Richly floral and enticing with loads of fragrant characteristics, this luminous cool-climate Gewürztraminer washes over the palate with creamy, soapy aromas. The wine is sweet and generous and those qualities help it stand up to spicy Asian food.

Floreado is a lovely Sauvignon Blanc from northern Italy with pristine and intense aromas of passion fruit, kiwi, acacia flower and honeydew melon. Unlike other expressions of this grape, there is more pulp and substance to the mouthfeel and the wine ends on a playfully sweet note.

You really can’t beat the purity and liveliness of this luminous Chardonnay. This is a pure expression of the grape in its essence. The nose shows little sign of winery intervention and the mouthfeel is creamy and rich in a very understated, elegant way.

This Riserva expression of Merlot from cool-climate Alto Adige delivers fantastic intensity and purity. The aromas of cherry, spice, leather and red rose are chiseled and crisp. The wine is soft and velvety in the mouth with a long parade of berry fruit flavors on the long finish. Serve this wine with sophisticated meat dishes or cellar age five to ten more years.

Pinot Bianco (also called Weissburgunder in the bilingual German-Italian Alto Adige region) typically offers solid, creamy structure that pairs very well with shellfish or seafood risotto. This crisp example is no exception and the wine boats a long, luscious finish.
