Made in an Old World style, this dry, earthy wine has aromas of vanilla and Asian spice, eucalyptus and earth that picks up secondary aromas with time. The tannins are developed, the wine having spent plenty of time in wood, while the palate has a medium weight and good acidity. Earth and eucalyptus dominate the mouth, supported by lesser flavors of red berry and cola, which linger on the long finish. This is a wine that needs a decanter or time in the glass to open up, and can be drunk over the next five years.

This blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc has an interesting nose of cherry, menthol, tobacco, and plenty of oaky vanilla. It's full-bodied and spicy, with good tannins, and plenty of oaky shadings to the cherry fruit and chalky mouthfeel.

Shows some toasty, caramel-popcorm scents, but also pleasant enough peach, pineapple and lemon flavors. Finishes intensely citrusy, with mouthpuckering acids that scream for food.

This white blend starts with a nose of toasted spice and lemon peel, leading into a fresh, citric character heavy in minerality. Clean and lively, it’s a great choice for spicy dishes or drinking on a hot day.

A wave of refreshing, bright floral and citrus notes on the palate offers a combination of fruit character and clean, crisp flavors—much like a California Sauvignon Blanc—but with indigenous originality. The finish is long but light. Overall, a very pretty, versatile wine.
