Made from the native Nosiola grape, which are dried on mats for several months before crushing, this golden wine is nicely balanced and not overly sweet. Apricot, candied oranges and nuts are honeyed and rich, lightly sugary, yet balanced by crisp acids. Try with cheese or lightly sweetened biscotti.
