This wine starts with an appealing, racy nose of minerals, blackberry and pepper. On the palate, fresh black fruit and allspice rolls over the tongue. Medium tannins and a spicy finish give it extra weight.

Strong summertime winds helped the grapes maintain high acidity in this big wine. Toasty on the nose, buttery and smooth in the mouth. Although quite dry, it shows solid white fruit with flavors of papaya and peach. Finishes long, with a popcorn note.

Not a standout wine, but solid, with flavors of baked apple and holiday spice. Dry, with citrusy acids, and a crisp finish, this wine is suitable for oily fish served in the Greek way: grilled with olive oil and lemon.

Fresh lemon and lime and a spray of minerals and sea salt gives this wine a slightly lean, austere character. Clean and bright and not overly complicated, it will pair well with shellfish and grilled seafood.

Starts off a bit rough, with leather, scorched wood and roasted fruit aromas, but airs out gracefully, delivering big, jammy plum and cherry fruit, shadings of anise and soft tannins on the finish. The grape variety is Mandilaria.

Tastes like unripe strawberries doused in lemon juice—but in a good way. Slightly chalky mouthfeel, with a tart, acid-dominated finish that leaves the mouth perfectly fresh and clean, ready for the next bite of fresh sardines.

Looks like liquid sunshine, and has a creamy texture to match. Fills the mouth with warm flavors of banana and citrus, while an undercurrent of acidity keeps this structured. Finishes with a nice mineral note.
