The story tells little about the flavour of the wine. It only says it is made of perfectly ripe fruit.

Sweet, ripe nose, lots of chocolate and caramel, black pepper and spices, deep and rich-textured nose; very sweet and ripe in the mouth at this time, still has lots of baby fat that it will need to shed to show it’s structure; gobs of fruit, mostly black cherries at this time; very spicy and rich, approachable; long sweet finish, seductive; great to drink now, but more interesting to see what happens in a few years.
