Sweet nose of black cherry juice opens the wine, smoke and earth, a bit simple and forward but also soft and ripe aromas; sweet and smooth in the mouth, the wine has dominant flavors black cherries and plums; ripe and rich but not well defined; tastes a bit murky and “blended”; earthen and smooth with pleasant and silky tannins; medium finish, not complex or deeply structured, this is a wine for intermediate aging and then enjoying.
