The Fruliano grape does not usually give off fragrant or intense aromas, but it does offer density and structure in the mouth. This interpretation lives up to that reputation and offers crisp acidity, stone fruit and mineral flavors on the close.

This floral wine is bursting with notes of jasmine and honeysuckle backed by sweet fragrances of candied fruit and caramel. The wine is sweet and thick in the mouth but the well-dosed acidity keeps it from being cloying or too fat. It would pair well with slightly sweet foods such as honey glazed ham or lobster.

I get straw and apricot on the bouquet. Medium bodied and smooth, with a lot of acidity on the finish.

Love the grassy citrus nose, which reminds me of an NZ sauvignon blanc. I like the acidity, nicely balanced. A refreshing wine, great for the warm summer months.
