Sort of the anti-Chardonnay, a very dry, crisp and austere wine based on minerals and dried citrus fruits rather than rich tropical fruits and elaborate oak. It’s quite clean, with a refreshing bite of acidity. Interesting and different.

What a sexy little Sauvignon Blanc. And only $18!! Perfect holiday/party wine. Has the bright acidity and Meyer lemon aromatics that I thoroughly enjoy on a CA SB, coupled with just enough lushness imparted by the 30% Chardonnay on the mouthfeel. TASTY!
