A successful Italian Pinot Noir that offers a lot of aromatic intensity, this wine boasts a garnet-ruby color and an emphasis on small berry fruit, blue flowers, spice and honey-roasted almonds. Polished, compact and crisp, it would make a perfect companion to pork, poultry or pasta. Thanks to its light, delicate fruity aromas and streamlined body, you could serve it with tender roasted pork with stewed figs and forest berry coulis.

This is an easy, low-impact Grigio with aromas of peach, citrus and yellow flowers. It’s lean, almost watery, in the mouth with bright acidity suggesting a successful pairing at informal outdoor meals.

Lime and green apples on the nose, with a floral note as well. It’s medium-bodied, featuring a sharp, citrusy edge to the finish.

Shows decent fruit, with floral hints giving way to peach and nectarine flavors tinged with honey and tangerines. Light in weight and not very concentrated, but a pleasant little sipper that finishes on a grapefruity note.

No doubt this is a simple wine, but it’s zippy freshness and overall informality wins it points. You can’t go wrong here: the wine is clean, tonic and drinks ever so easily, sip after refreshing sip. A small percentage of Chardonnay is added for extra creaminess.

Great smell but little taste. Was too light to compete with my salmon/crab cake dinner at Andiamo's.
