1st year - French oak. 2nd year (11 months) - American oak. NOSE: pepper, oregano, red pepper, really spicy! Old Bay & onion powder. PALATE: red fruit - cherries! a little heat. Finish is beautiful - cherry syrup and black pepper. A little strawberry jam, too. 8/10. $10/glass.

1st year, in French oak. 11 months in American oak afterwards. NOSE: pepper, oregano, red pepper, really spicy! Old Bay seasoning, onion powder. PALATE: red fruit - cherries!!! a little heat. Finish is beautiful. Cherry syrup & black pepper, and a little strawberry jam, too. Yummy!
