Another novelty white wine from a property better known for its Pauillac, the blend here is 40% Semillon, 40% Sauvignon Blanc and 20% Muscadelle. It's light in body, offering up grassy notes of apple, mineral and just hints of buttered toast. The mouthwatering finish is its best feature, picking up subtle wood tones.
