Angel Lorenzo Cachazo is behind this open, piquant, vibrant white that really pours on the Sauvignon character. The aromas are more to peach and pear, yet the high-voltage palate is all grapefruit and other citrus. Very refreshing, with some pepper on the finish.

Fine pear and apple aromas come up in force, and citrus is there, too. Very bright and forward, with pure apple and citrus flavors. A good dose of natural spice adds the perfect finishing touch. Like Las Brisas, it’s from Angel Lorenzo Cachazo.
