Had this after 3 days of being opened, so it might have been altered. COLOR: murky purple/red with a red rim and very thin, very clear outer rim. NOSE: plums and wet earth. Upon reading the tasting notes, definitely got the "musk" and "cola" on the nose, too. PALATE: kind of tastes like a charred piece of flank steak. Pleasantly light in body. Very bold flavor - nothing shy about this wine. And some really fun spice on the finish. Would love to have this with some manchego cheese.
