Sweet and grapey, but pleasurable and well made. The candied palate of sugar beets, raspberry and mocha is juicy, and there’s decent grip to the mouthfeel. The tail end then fans out and showcases nice acidity, integrated tannins and a juicy personality. Drink now and throughout the year.

Clean, fruity and snappy, with pointed red fruit aromas and flavors as well as higher than normal acidity. Tastes fresh and forward and entirely straightforward, with a hollow but easy finish and mild but controlled sharpness.

The opening of smoke, rubber and black cherry comes across as being dark and good. The palate holds form with lively cherry, plum and currant flavors and finally a medium-long, somewhat warm and meaty finish. Good for an everyday, no-frills Garnacha.
