A rich, hugely concentrated Champagne, with structured Chardonnay fruit, fine acidity and balance. Flavors of almonds and butter give it complexity. It is ready to drink now, but this wine will certainly age well for the next decade.

A great, pure-flavored wine, full of soft, toasty flavors, layers of honey and nuts and a fine citrus streak. This is a delicious example of good Chardonnay that marries structure and acidity with richness and elegance.

The style at Bonnaire aims for honeyed fruit flavors, with complete malolactic fermentation to soften the acidity. This is in that style, with soft, ripe, creamy, buttery fruit, but balanced by lightness and crispness.
