All Evergreen vineyard fruit showcasing luscious, fresh- cut pear fruit flavors, along with hints of mint and spice. Acids are pure and firm, and there is also an underlying minerality that is clean and refreshing. Better yet, the alcohol is kept under 13%.

This has 5% Sauvignon Blanc in the blend. It’s done in all stainless steel; the Chardonnay is tight and spicy, with melon and apple flavors. There’s a vitamin pill streak that comes up also, and then it leads into some almond flavors in the finish. It’s almost like a northern Italian style, with almond and pepper and relatively high acid. Good food wine.

A bracing, mouth-cleansing style, 100% varietal. Ultracrisp fruit mixes apple, melon and cucumber, then fills out in the middle with pretty herb and grass. The wine resonates, refreshing and textural, begging for food, or at least another glass.

Very much in the mode of the Boomtown Pinot Gris, this is clean, crisp and refreshing, with light, melony fruit and a strong mineral streak. It’s bracing and textural, rather light and fun for sipping, though not especially varietal.

Light, rather thin Merlot fruit is coated with lush flavors of licorice and vanilla. The oak treatment may seem over the top to some, just right to others. There’s plenty of acid to wash the palate clean.

Vanilla, tobacco and anise flavors quickly overwhelm the fruit; perhaps the wine just needs to breathe longer. At first taste, it quickly turns tannic and very drying; the fruit is buried and the oak flavors are still a bit jarring and disjointed.

An interesting blend, including significant amounts of Malbec, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. The fruit flavor drifts toward pomegranate and cranberry, with some sweet oak providing a dusty, mocha finish. It tastes like a wine that was intended to be more expensive.

A tiny bit of Mourvèdre and Barbera are added into the blend, but this is honest and true to varietal Washington Syrah, with strawberry and cherry candy fruit flavor in abundance. Initially forward and light on the palate, it moves into more herbal, earthy flavors in the finish.

Stainless steel fermented, this pure varietal is bursting with a tasty fruit bowl mix of apple, pineapple, and Meyer lemon. A hint of mint sneaks in, and the acidity brings bracing minerality to the finish.
