This Chardonnay comes from five different wineries in the Adelaide Hills. Each vinified their own juice and then sent it to one of the quintet for blending—ergo the Boutique Wines name. The final product displays their careful crafting, with apple, cinnamon and well-integrated oak flavors. There’s decent structure and a nicely textured mouthfeel. Grilled salmon would like this one, too.
