Tasty Sauvignon, with grass, grapefruit and slate elements in nice balance. It’s crisp without being sharp, as too many are, and just slightly tangy on the tongue. An attractive wine with a spicy satisfying finish.

Ripe red to black plum blankets the senses. Aromatic accents of currants and lettuce become molasses and fennel on the palate. The ever-present element of toast turns to a slightly sweet and herby char on the finish.
