A dark, brooding beast with tar, coffee and some barnyard. You can tell this is a big wine by the way it sits determined in your glass. The tannins will rip through your mouth like an 18-wheeler in the fast lane. Matured18 month in French oak, a few more years of cellar aging should soften it up.
