A honeyed, velvety-smooth wine. It’s ultrarich in cherry pie, raspberry cream and white chocolate truffle flavors, although it’s technically dry. The soft tannins, glycerine and high alcohol add to the perception of sweetness.

Pours black and dense, a young, tough wine marked with plum and blackberry flavors. You can taste the grape skins in the tannic astringency that numbs the lips.
