Big for a sauv, almost chard like, but with a nice grassiness to it. At $15 retail, z good deal.

This wine was a wonderful surpise from one of California's passionate new wine makers. Very clean and crisp, with wonderful grassy notes and just the perfect hint of spice. We will definately be drinking this again!!

Citrus overtones typically dominant wines from Santa Barbara County and did through harvest, fermentation and the 100% stainless steel aging. See if you can pick out the gooseberry and passion fruit notes! A classic example of the old school Sauvignon Blanc from the Santa Ynez Valley.

Sur lie aged and lightly oaked this Chardonnay expresses strong banana and pear overtones. Sourced from White Hawk vineyards in Santa Barbara County this wine will melt your taste buds!

Blackcurrant and blackberry aromas are clearly distinguishable on the nose. Soft subtle tannins provide a balanced finish that lingers. No need for a big steak, enjoy this wine anytime. Only 44 cases were made in 2 barrels so this one will not last. Get it while you can!

Bottled after aging in combination of French & American oak this wine exudes chocolate and black pepper characteristics. Left to bottle age a year, tannins have smoothed and color solidified giving way to a spicy, smooth wine with plenty of fruit and years of enjoyment ahead.

A solid-4 days of cold soaking, a high alcohol resistant syrah yeast strain, gentle fermentation in open-top fermentation bins produced a superbly enhanced the fruity, heady and fleshy wine. A relatively neutral French oak aging process led to naturally expressive cherry and currant aromas with strong black pepper and spicy overtones.
