This Chardonnay-based Brut sparkler opens with a bright golden yellow color and oxidized aromas of butterscotch, caramel and mature melon or peach. There is a sophisticated side here with loads of fragrant intensity, but in all, this is a big, full sparkling wine that would be hard to pair with delicate foods.
