This is an attempt to make an Italian-style Pinot Grigio out of Willamette Valley fruit. That’s a bit of a challenge, because the wines of Italy are ripened at different levels and show a wholly different range of flavors. Here you will find a mix of austere, citric fruit with a dash of lemon rind in the finish.
