Grillo, a native Sicilian white grape, is usually employed to make fresh, easy, food-friendly wines and this, minimally oaked expression from Capocroce is a perfect example. For salads or light fish dishes, you can’t go wrong thanks to its crisp acidity and refreshing fruit flavors.

Two native Sicilian grapes—Catarratto and Inzolia—are blended here to produce an easy, well-priced drinking wine with fresh aromas of citrus, peach and stone fruit. The wine is light in color and consistency and would make an excellent informal luncheon companion.
