Big, bold and meaty. Chocolate, coffee and cassis aromas blend well with flavors of raspberries, tobacco and wild mushrooms. This is a big, extracted Bordeaux-like wine that is well-supported by solid tannins. A natural pairing to lamb on an outdoor spit.
