Tasty in a tart way, with licorice hints, this well-balanced, medium-weight red shows plenty of herb-tinged, sour cherry flavor. Good acidity and moderate tannins make this a good match for grilled veal. Think Claret, but from southern Spain. Drink now–2004. Best Buy. —M.M.
