This 100% Cab will strike some cult Cabernet addicts as old-fashioned. It’s bone dry and firm in tannins, with an herb and olive tapenade taste to the riper currants and blackberries. Virtually guaranteed to age, this elegant young wine should be best between 2010 and 2016.
